Answering and directing phone calls, taking messages, and responding to emails in a timely and professional manner. Administrative support :

Providing administrative support to other departments, including scheduling appointments, booking travel, and preparing documents. Maintaining records :

Keeping accurate records of visitor logs, phone calls, and other important information. Qualifications : Excellent communication and interpersonal skills :

Ability to communicate effectively with visitors, colleagues, and clients. Professional appearance and demeanor :

Maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor at all times. Strong organizational and time management skills :

Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively. Proficiency in computer applications :

Familiarity with Microsoft Office and other relevant software. Customer service orientation :

Providing excellent customer service and ensuring visitor satisfaction. Additional Skills (Preferred) : Multitasking ability :

Handling multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Problem-solving skills :

Ability to identify and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner. Knowledge of office procedures and protocols :
