Responsibilities :

Designing and implementing scalable and robust systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product outcomes.
Mentor engineers and foster a performance-first culture across teams.
Defines the right processes for the team’s maturity level, balancing agility and discipline

Requirements :

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, or related field.

6 to 9 years of experience in software / performance engineering.

Strong knowledge of distributed systems and cloud-native architectures. Experience in AWS would be a plus.

Proficiency in scripting and automation

Deep understanding of SQL / NoSQL databases like Postgres, Big Table / Dynamo / Cassandra, Redis.

Experience in Elastic search (or any other Lucene based search engines) would be a plus.

Experience in big data systems like Kafka, Spark, Flink would be preferable.

Strong communication and documentation skills in addition to experience mentoring and leading technical teams
