Duties and Responsibilities :
Managing the Sales and Operational Activities for the centreMonitoring Billing System, Revenue Collection and handovers.Daily reports submission of the center to the Operations Manager.Responsible for the commercial functions, administrative activities, safety, maintenance, and housekeeping activities in the organization.Also responsible for the compliances – Statutory & Regulatory requirements and managing Licensing.Responsible for material planning in the organization. Review and approval of Purchase order and control the costs.Attendance and Leave management, wherever required taking disciplinary measures. Daily roster to be made monthly and submit to HR by 2nd of the following month.To attend daily and weekly meetings.Daily updating the Manager for any constraints / issues / feedback.To impart on the job & classroom training to subordinates.To handle Medi-claim / Insurance reimbursement case queries.To take regular feedback from guests / patients followed by necessary corrective / preventive actions; if any. To take at least 2 Google and Facebook reviews from patientsTo do BTL Activities and pamphlet distribution in the nearby areasTo do Outdoor Camp activities once a month in residential society, Offices (Govt / Pvt sector offices), banks, temples, etc.To work as per department’s / unit’s requirement on SPN and other notified days.Requirements
