Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Social Media & Community Manager. As a Social Media & Community Manager at IshqME, you will oversee the creation and execution of social media strategies, engage with the brand’s online community, and foster meaningful relationships with followers. Your responsibilities will include creating engaging content, managing social media accounts, analyzing performance metrics, moderating online discussions, and collaborating with the design and marketing teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and identity. On-site in chennai is preferred, but remote working opportunities will be considered for qualified candidates that we believe to be a great fit for the brand.

Qualifications

• Experience in Social Media Management, Content Creation, and Community Engagement
• Proficiency in Social Media Analytics, Digital Marketing Techniques, and Advertising Campaigns
• Strong Writing, Editing, and Creative Thinking skills
• Proven ability to collaborate with various teams and adapt content to align with brand identity
• Excellent organizational skills and proficiency in leveraging social media tools
• Understanding of fashion, lifestyle, or retail brands is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
