Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Fullstack Development Manager with strong hands-on expertise in Python and ReactJS, along with proven project management experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing development teams while actively contributing to coding and architecture decisions.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead and manage end-to-end fullstack development projects with strong technical and delivery oversight.
  • Develop scalable and high-performance web applications using Python (backend) and ReactJS (frontend).
  • Mentor and guide a team of developers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams including QA, DevOps, and Product Management.
  • Ensure project timelines, deliverables, and quality standards are met.
  • Manage agile ceremonies and ensure adherence to agile processes and best practices.
  • Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and hands-on development tasks.

Primary Skills :

  • Strong hands-on coding expertise in Python and ReactJS.
  • Proven project management and team leadership experience.
  • Solid understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and development lifecycle.

    • Secondary Skills :

  • Experience with Cypress for frontend testing is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Agile Methodologies (Scrum / Kanban).
  • Exposure to CI / CD pipelines and DevOps practices is an advantage.

    • Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in software development.
  • At least 3+ years in a managerial or team lead role.
  • Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills.
