Role Overview
As a Performance Marketing Manager, you will own and lead the planning, execution, and optimization of performance campaigns across channels like Google Ads, Meta, , and programmatic platforms. Your role will be key in accelerating our growth and driving measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, execute, and manage end-to-end performance marketing campaigns across digital platforms.
- Optimize campaign performance based on clear KPIs : ROI, CAC, CTR, conversions, etc.
- Leverage A / B testing, retargeting strategies, and audience segmentation to maximize impact.
- Collaborate with content, design, and product teams to create high-converting landing pages and ad creatives.
- Manage ad budgets effectively and report on performance insights and growth opportunities.
- Explore new platforms and tools to stay ahead in the performance marketing landscape.
- Analyze data deeply and translate insights into strategic decisions.
What We’re Looking For
7+ years of hands-on experience in performance / digital marketing, preferably in fast-paced or high-growth environments.Proven success in scaling ad campaigns and delivering strong ROI.Expertise in tools such as Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Ads, and similar platforms.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a sharp attention to detail.Experience in campaign reporting, forecasting, and budget planning.Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.Self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently and lead initiatives.
