We are looking for a Senior compliance Specialist who has solid understanding of Indian and US compliance frameworks.

What you will do :
India Statutory Compliance :
- Manage timely filing and payments of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and ROC filings (MCA compliance).
- Monitor and update internal systems in line with changes in Indian regulatory requirements.
- Ensure compliance with Indian labor laws such as PF, ESI, PT, Gratuity, Shops & Establishments Act, etc.
- Liaise with government authorities (EPFO, ESIC, GST, Income Tax) for assessments, audits, and inspections.
US Statutory Compliance :
Ensure compliance with US federal, state, and local employment and tax regulations.Support statutory filings related to US payroll (e.g., W-2, W-9, 1099, Social Security, Medicare).Manage registrations / renewals of state tax IDs, unemployment insurance, and related filings.Assist in federal and state-level audits and compliance reviews.Collaborate with US accounting / legal teams for corporate compliance (IRS filings, state franchise tax, etc.).General Responsibilities :
Maintain a compliance calendar and ensure all filing deadlines are strictly met.Support internal and external audits with appropriate documentation.Maintain accurate and secure records of all statutory documentation.Keep updated with changing laws / regulations in India and the US and advise on required internal updates.Draft and implement compliance SOPs and strengthen internal controls. Bachelor’s or master’s degree in commerce / finance / accounting.Preferred : Inter CA / CMA / or any degree in International Taxation3–5 years of experience in Indian statutory compliance (PF, ESI, TDS, GST, ROC, etc.).1–2 years of exposure to US statutory compliance (W-2, 1099, IRS filings, payroll tax, etc.).Experience with audits, inspections, and regulatory filings in both India and the US.Prior work in a multinational or shared services environment preferred.Proficient in ERP and statutory compliance tools (Oracle, SAP, Tally, Zoho Books, ADP, etc.).Capable of managing compliance calendars, SOPs, and internal / external audits.Proficient in statutory portals (MCA, GSTN, IRS, etc.).Experience with ERP / payroll systems (Oracle, Tally, Zoho Books, etc.).Benefits
