About the Role :
- We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager with strong B2B sales experience in the IT / software domain.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, leading client discussions, driving product demonstrations, negotiating contracts, and independently closing deals.
- This is a client-facing role requiring a proactive attitude, strategic thinking, and the ability to build long-term customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities :
Develop and execute business development strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.Introduce and demonstrate LDS's range of software and IT solutions to corporate clients.Engage with key stakeholders and decision-makers (CXOs, IT Heads, etc. ) to position solutions effectively.Prepare and present detailed techno-commercial proposals to clients and decision-making bodies.Drive end-to-end sales activities including lead generation, qualification, negotiation, closure, and post-sale relationship management.Identify market trends, customer needs, and contribute to strategic planning.Maintain accurate records of sales activities and forecasts.Make 2-3 client visits (field calls) per day; travel allowance will be provided.Requirements :
