Store In-charge is responsible for the day-to-day operations of a store, including inventory management, staff supervision, and ensuring a smooth workflow. They implement policies, maintain stock levels, and handle customer queries, but typically don't make strategic decisions like a Store Manager.
Key Responsibilities :
Inventory Management : Receiving, storing, and organizing inventory, maintaining accurate stock records, and ensuring timely replenishment of stock.

Customer Service : Handling customer inquiries, complaints, and returns.
