We’re Hiring : Meta & Google Ad Traffic Manager (MMC-PPC)

Are you a paid media expert who thrives on managing and scaling Meta & Google Ads campaigns? Harmoney is seeking a Traffic Manager with experience in MCC environments to oversee end-to-end execution and performance of multi-client ad accounts.

What You'll Do :

Manage and optimize Meta (Facebook / Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns across multiple accounts (via MCC)
Set up campaign structures, audiences, budgets, and tracking protocols
Work closely with strategy and creative teams to align ads with goals and ensure optimal performance
Monitor traffic flow, ad delivery, conversion paths, and platform health
Deliver detailed performance reports and propose data-driven improvements
Troubleshoot issues in real-time (disapprovals, delivery gaps, pixel issues, etc.)

What You Bring :

2–4 years experience managing PPC campaigns (Google & Meta)

Deep understanding of MCC setup , account structures, and optimization tactics

Familiar with Google Analytics , Google Tag Manager , and Meta Business Suite

Experience handling multiple clients / accounts simultaneously

Strong analytical and communication skills
