Role Overview :

As a Staff Engineer, youll work with a team of 5-10 rockstar engineers in developing cutting-edge data analytics products. Youll be hands-on with architecture, design, and development, driving projects from 0 to 1 while aligning with customer needs and business goals.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead architecture and development of complex projects in Gen AI, Applied ML, and Data Analytics.
• Ensure scalable, maintainable, and performance-oriented solutions across platforms.
• Drive hands-on design and technical leadership through the software lifecycle.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet technical and business goals.
• Mentor team members and contribute to best practices and standards.
• Stay current with AI / ML trends and incorporate them into our solutions.
