SFSC Key Responsibilities
Customize Service Cloud functionality including case management service console queues public groups and sharing settings
Build flows process builders and validation rules to optimize customer support processes
Set up secure user access through Profiles Permission Sets Sharing Rules and Role Hierarchies
Support enhancements to service automation knowledge base and emailtocase functionality
Manage Experience Cloud sites including guest user access and authentication strategies
Ensure alignment with Salesforce best practices for scalability security and performance
Design and develop CRM Analytics dashboards and datasets
Build actionable insights using CRM Analytics SAQL Dataflows Recipes and Bindings
Keep up to date with new Salesforce features releases and roadmap enhancements

Develop Lightning Web Components LWC Apex classes and SOQL queries to extend Service Cloud capabilities
Implement RESTSOAP API integrations and manage thirdparty system connections
Use Flosum tool for metadata deployment version control and release management
