About the Role :

We are urgently hiring a Java Full Stack Architect with deep expertise in designing and developing enterprise-grade applications using modern Java technologies and frameworks. The ideal candidate should have a strong architectural mindset, hands-on coding capabilities, and a solid grasp of scalable microservices architecture.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Design, develop, and maintain robust full-stack enterprise applications.
  • Provide architectural guidance and hands-on support across all phases of the development lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
  • Create detailed technical designs, solution architectures, and interface specifications.
  • Lead technical discussions, design reviews, and code reviews to ensure high-quality output.
  • Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
  • Drive adoption of best practices in coding, design, architecture, and agile methodologies.
  • Mentor and guide junior developers and support the technical growth of the team.

Required Skills and Technologies :

  • Languages & Frameworks : Java, J2EE, Spring Boot, Angular
  • Databases : Oracle
  • Messaging & Integration : Apache Kafka
  • Architecture : Microservices, Domain-Driven Design (DDD)
  • Platforms & Tools : OpenShift, CI / CD pipelines, Git, Jenkins
  • Others : Strong in design patterns, interface contract implementation between microservices, automation testing frameworks

    • Qualifications & Experience :

  • Bachelors / Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in software development and architecture roles.
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing large-scale, distributed systems.
  • Proficient in developing and integrating front-end and back-end systems.
  • Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to create and present high-quality architectural and technical documentation.
