About the Role :
We are urgently hiring a Java Full Stack Architect with deep expertise in designing and developing enterprise-grade applications using modern Java technologies and frameworks. The ideal candidate should have a strong architectural mindset, hands-on coding capabilities, and a solid grasp of scalable microservices architecture.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and maintain robust full-stack enterprise applications.
- Provide architectural guidance and hands-on support across all phases of the development lifecycle.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Create detailed technical designs, solution architectures, and interface specifications.
- Lead technical discussions, design reviews, and code reviews to ensure high-quality output.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
- Drive adoption of best practices in coding, design, architecture, and agile methodologies.
- Mentor and guide junior developers and support the technical growth of the team.
