The Position : Senior Data Scientist (NLP)

Your Opportunity :

As a Senior Data Scientist, you will be expected to :

• Integrate and apply state-of-the-art language processing models and algorithms to extract insights from large volumes of text data
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions using NLP techniques
• Mentor and guide other chapter members, providing technical support and expertise
• Present findings and insights to stakeholders through clear, concise, and compelling reports and presentations, communicate ideas for team Analytics & Automation and willingly receive feedback for self-improvement
• Create and manage documentation for different data science / data engineering projects
• Collaborate in an agile and cross-functional team with other Data Scientists, Automation experts as well as business experts, so our Roche peers and patients will receive AMAZING solutions
• Lead data mining and collection procedures
• Ensure data quality and integrity
• Interpret and analyze data problems
• Conceive, plan and prioritize data projects
• Build analytic systems and predictive models
• Test performance of data-driven products
• Visualize data and create reports
• Align data projects with organizational goal
• Understands business problems and designs end-to-end analytics use cases
• Develops complex models and algorithms that drive innovation throughout the organization. This may include improving on-time performance, network planning, etc.,
• Conducts advanced statistical analysis to provide actionable insights, identify trends, and measure performance
• Collaborates with model developers to implement and deploy scalable solutions
• Provides thought leadership by researching best practices, conducting experiments, and collaborating with industry leaders
