Role Description

We are looking for a high-performing Zonal Operations Head to lead and scale Quick Commerce Operations across the Ahmedabad region. This leadership role involves managing cluster-level teams, driving key operational KPIs, and ensuring smooth last-mile execution. Only candidates with proven experience in Quick Commerce (Zepto, Blinkit, Instamart, Flipkart Minutes) will be considered.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage multiple Cluster Managers across the Ahmedabad zone
• Drive operational KPIs — order fill rate, on-time delivery, cost per order, and customer satisfaction
• Monitor manpower productivity , rider performance , and route optimization
• Collaborate with central teams for technology adoption, training, and SOP implementation
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, safety protocols, and operational standards
• Conduct audits and reviews to identify gaps and drive corrective actions
• Liaise with local authorities for operational permissions and regulatory compliance
• Prepare and present monthly performance reports to senior leadership
