We are looking for a dynamic and presentable Front Desk cum Admin & HR Executive to manage front desk operations, general administration, and support basic HR functions. The ideal candidate should be organized, proactive, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced office environment.
Key Responsibility :
- Greet and assist visitors and clients professionally
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries efficiently
- Maintain visitor logbook and issue visitor / employee passes
- Manage courier dispatch and receipt
- Maintain cleanliness and order at the front desk / reception area
- Manage inventory of office supplies and place orders when needed
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings
- Maintain office records and filing system
- Coordinate with vendors for office upkeep and maintenance
- Oversee housekeeping and office facility requirements
- Assist with employee onboarding / offboarding processes
- Maintain employee records and HR databases
- Coordinate interviews and schedule meetings with candidates
- Support attendance tracking and leave management
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities / events
- Prepare basic HR letters and documents (offer letter, experience letter, etc.)
Key Requirement :
Graduate in any discipline (BBA / B.Com / BA preferred)1–3 years of experience in admin / front desk / HR rolesProficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Strong communication and interpersonal skillsProfessional appearance and positive attitudeSkills :
Knowledge of basic HR processes and documentationFamiliarity with HRMS software (e.g., Keka, Zoho, etc.) is an added advantageAbility to handle confidential information responsibly
