The Hitachi Energy Indian Operations Center (INOPC) is a competence center with around 2600 skilled engineers who focus on tendering, engineering, planning, procurement, project Management, functional system testing, installation supervision, documentation and commissioning.

Mission Statement :

To provide the technical expertise and execute the primary and secondary engineering as project engineer AIS and GIS Substations for different voltage levels (145 KV / 245 KV / 420 KV / 550 KV).

Your responsibility :

• Participate in the Technical Kick off handover meetings with Project Manager / Tendering
• Understand the customer specifications as per the provided customer inputs.
• Read through the customer specifications and compliance reports as per the customer requirements.
• Participate in the Technical Kick off handover meetings with Project Manager / Tendering
• Accountable for the On Quality Delivery of the milestones of the project as per the Milestone database
• Participate in the customer clarification meetings for the design freeze along with the Project Lead Engineer or project manager, contract administrator.
• Review of deliverables before submission to Client.
• Participate in customer meetings as required. Active participation in project review meeting
• Technical trainings and lessons learned sessions to the team.
• Supports trouble shooting for factory and onsite issues and provides disposition actions.
• Can do proper root causing analysis for the quality issues and work on long term solutions for HV products
