Roles & Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify upcoming trends, fabrics, techniques, and design inspirations.
• Collaborate with the sampling team for product development and sampling.
• Support and deliver on all design requirements as per brand guidelines.
• Handle end-to-end product development—from CAD creation to final sample.
• Work closely with the design team to develop new product ideas based on research insights.
• Prepare and maintain Line Lists / Range Plans aligned with assortment planning and buying requirements.
• Contribute to ongoing projects by taking ownership of specific tasks.
• Oversee the design production process, including fittings, price estimation, and coordination with marketing teams.
• Create sketches, illustrations, and mood boards for collection development.
