Analyst II HR Operations

Job Description :

Essential Job Functions : Assist in HR data analysis and reporting generating basic reports and contributing to data HR projects and process improvement initiatives managing specific tasks or to employee inquiries offering assistance with HR-related questions and HR records and systems ensuring data accuracy and informed about HR best practices and trends staying up to date on industry with HR and cross-functional teams on various HR projects and the development and updates of HR policies and in audits and compliance checks ensuring HR practices meet legal standards.

Basic Qualifications : Bachelors degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and 1 years of relevant work experience in Human experience in HR data analysis and in HR metrics data interpretation and reporting tools.A continuous learner who stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology. Other Qualifications : An advanced degree in a relevant field is a certifications in data analysis or HR analytics are a plus.
