Enhance conversion across stages via CRO, UX, A / B tests & landing page optimization.

Category & Product Growth

Partner with Product teams for launches, pricing, insights & merchandising strategy.

Marketing Budget Control

Manage ₹1–3 Cr monthly budgets ensuring strong CAC, ROAS & contribution margins.

Data & Analytics Ownership

Cohorts, attribution, RFM, repeat intervals, unit economics & dashboards.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work with content, marketplace, operations, finance & inventory teams.

Shopify Operations

Oversee store hygiene, performance, app integrations & automations.

Innovation

Creator-led growth, UGC, influencer performance & new channel exploration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s / Master’s in Marketing, Business or relevant field
• Additional digital marketing certifications are a plus
