Job Description
The key responsibilities are :
Implement and manage digital marketing / media plans across various digital channels to drive brand exposure and business growth.
Execute, monitor, and analyze digital marketing programs to measure effectiveness and optimize performance.
Track and report usage trends and campaign impacts across digital platforms.
Lead the implementation of omnichannel strategies, integrating digital and interpersonal customer interactions.
Develop and maintain partnerships with search engines and portal sites in alignment with digital marketing goals.
Monitor market trends to ensure up-to-date, comprehensive content across all digital channels.
Oversee and maintain consistent graphic design and layout standards to support brand identity across digital platforms.
Provide guidance and feedback on marketing executions, ensuring quality and alignment with strategy.
Prepare and present concepts and performance updates to senior leadership and committees.
Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to align efforts with organizational goals.
The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate would have :
Established subject matter expert in digital marketing, with 8-12 years of relevant experience.
Holds a Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
Proven ability to independently manage large, complex projects and end-to-end processes.
Skilled in identifying and implementing process improvements and innovative solutions to complex challenges.
Capable of working with minimal supervision, demonstrating a high level of initiative and ownership.
Experience mentoring or guiding junior team members and managing small teams or external consultants.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills; able to influence, guide, and build trust across functions.
Strategic thinker with the ability to interpret business needs and translate them into effective digital marketing solutions.
Comfortable presenting to leadership and making data-driven recommendations.
Adaptable, proactive, and collaborative with a strong understanding of digital trends and omnichannel integration.
