Primary Responsibilities :

• Co-ordinate with the team to support 24
• 7 operations
• Subject Matter Expert for Day to Day Operations, Process and ticket queue management
• Perform team management along with managing process and operational escalations
• Leverage latest technologies and analyze large volumes of data to solve complex problems facing health care industry
• Develop, test, and support new and preexisting programs related to data interfaces
• Support operations by identifying, researching and resolving performance and production issues
• Participate in War Room activities to monitor status and coordinate with multiple groups to address production performance concerns, mitigate client risks and communicate status
• Work with engineering teams to build tools / features necessary for production operations
• Build and improve standard operation procedures and troubleshooting documents
• Report on metrics to surface meaningful results and identify areas for efficiency gain
