MEP BIM Modeller

This is a full-time, on-site role for an MEP BIM Modeller based in New Delhi. The MEP BIM Modeller will be responsible for creating, managing, and coordinating BIM models for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems. Key tasks include developing detailed construction drawings, ensuring accuracy in 3D modelling, conducting clash detection, and collaborating with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and project efficiency. Guidance and support will be provided throughout, but the candidate must be comfortable working independently on assigned tasks.

KEY REQUIREMENTS :

• Strong knowledge of MEP modelling in Revit and ACC workflows.
• Past experience of working on UK projects is a plus.
• Excellent English communication skills.
