Job Description :
McDonalds has an exciting opportunity for a Manager, Learning Systems (Product Management) role based in our India Global Business Services Office. You will be responsible for managing the deployment of Learning Management Systems (LMS). You will lead teams to innovate, deploy, or maintain L&D content. You will evaluate and improve LMS tools, ensure compliance, gather HR requirements, and support new LMS processes. You will partner with the L&D People Solution Leads, Local Experience Leads, Global Technology, and Operational Delivery Leads.
The candidate is expected to reside within India.
Responsibilities :
In addition to following McDonalds policies and procedures, principal accountabilities include, but are not limited to :
Cross-functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Management :
- Partner with L&D leaders and stakeholders to collect and document their requirements related to LMS processes, and data
- Advise and coach leaders on how to optimally leverage technical capabilities to align with their strategic objectives
- Partner with AMS for LMS configuration to assess the effectiveness and suitability of existing LMS software and tools and recommend enhancements or replacements as needed
LMS Deployment :
Oversee the deployment and management of LMS systems across markets and functions, ensuring that the LMS tool suite effectively meets the needs of learners and aligns to the overarching business goalsIdentify and resolve deployment issues, ensuring a smooth and efficient process by promptly developing and implementing solutions.LMS & Process Management :
Assess the effectiveness and suitability of existing LMS software and tools, and recommend enhancements or replacements as neededManage requests for system configuration, upgrades, and all requests for application changes, customizations, and / or minor enhancementsCreate comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, data models, and process mapsPerform regular audits to ensure data integrity with LMS technology solutionsEnsure LMS systems and processes comply with regulatory requirements and maintain data security and privacy standardsQualifications
Basic Qualifications :
A degree in HR or Technology related field preferredExperience working with Learning Management SystemsExperience operating in large, multi-national corporations in a highly matrixed, complex structureExperience in Learning & DevelopmentStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisionsKnowledge of learning & development trends, regulations, and best practicesEnglish Proficiency (written and verbal IRL Level 4)Experience working and collaborating with global teams across multiple regionsCapable of driving cross-functional alignment to streamline processes and initiativesProficient in supporting and contributing to the success of complex, diverse teams across global marketsMandatory Skills :
SABA (LMS) or SAP Success Factors LMSLearning Experience Platforms (Edcast / Degreed)Expertise in designing & testing - Learning platformsStakeholder ManagementPreferred Qualifications :
