Role Description
We are hiring a full-time Technical Support Engineer to join our team remotely.
In this role, you will provide technical assistance and troubleshooting for cloud and security services, including Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, and endpoint security solutions. You will support clients through issue diagnosis, resolution, configuration assistance, and proactive system monitoring. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth implementation and ongoing support of Cyvica’s cloud and cybersecurity solutions.
We Are Looking For
Strong understanding of Microsoft 365, Azure, Windows OS, and networking concepts
Good troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities
Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical users
Experience handling service tickets, incidents, and escalations
Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple issues
Customer-first attitude with strong ownership and accountability
Key Responsibilities
Provide L1 / L2 technical support for Microsoft Cloud environments including M365, Azure, Intune & security solutions
Diagnose and resolve issues related to email, identity & access, device management, Microsoft Defender, and networking
Configure user accounts, security policies, endpoint compliance, and cloud services as per client requirements
Track and manage support tickets, ensuring timely updates and SLA adherence
Assist in deployment, migration tasks, and documentation of solutions
Monitor and maintain customer environments for performance, health, and security compliance
Collaborate with engineering teams to escalate and resolve complex issues
Deliver exceptional service experience and build strong client trust
Good to Have
Microsoft Certifications (AZ-900, MS-900, MD-102, SC-900, etc.)
Knowledge of PowerShell scripting
Understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and Zero Trust concepts
Familiarity with ITIL processes and service management tools
