Job description

Responsibilities and Duties :

 Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners, such as distributors or resellers for different states PAN

India.

 Develop and execute joint business plans, negotiate contracts, and collaborate with partners to promote and

sell.

 Develop and implement channel partner onboarding and offboarding, including agreements, documentation.

 Collaborate with the sales team to align sales and channel efforts.

 Create and manage channel partner budgets and forecasts.

 Monitor industry trends and stay up-to-date on competitors and market conditions. Analyse partner

performance, providing feedback and support to improve results.

 Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes within the medical device

industry to adapt strategies accordingly.

 Manage the dealers and coordinate with all the new / existing dealers.

 Identify and resolve conflicts and challenges within the channel Partners.

 Provide support and guidance to channel partners on product and solution offerings.

 Attend industry events and conferences to build relationships and promote the company.

Specification & Key Competencies :

 8+ years of experience in channel partner management.

 Proficiency in customer relationship management.

 Strong verbal and written communication skills, with experience presenting to partners and stakeholders.

 Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.

 Ability to build and maintain relationships with partners,

 Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.

 Experience of handling team.

 Time management and organisational skills.

 Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
