Brand and Marketing Manager
to lead our brand positioning, strategic marketing, and digital initiatives across domestic and international markets. This is a high-impact role responsible for shaping Netrika’s brand narrative, enhancing its visibility, and leading a high-performing cross-functional marketing team. As a strategic partner to the Managing Director and Business Heads, you will play a central role in aligning the brand strategy with business growth, ensuring that all marketing efforts reflect Netrika’s core values and domain expertise in risk, compliance, and consulting. Key Responsibilities
1. Brand Strategy & Positioning
Develop and execute a comprehensive brand strategy to position Netrika as a leading player in its industry. Craft compelling brand messaging and storytelling that aligns with the company’s vision, mission, and market dynamics. Build and evolve the brand identity to resonate with stakeholders across core and emerging markets. Monitor brand health and implement strategies to strengthen brand equity and awareness. 2. Stakeholder Collaboration
Work closely with the Managing Director and Business Heads to : Identify opportunities to amplify brand presence in key sectors. Support vertical-specific marketing campaigns and create market-aligned narratives. Position Netrika as a thought leader and trusted expert through sector-focused content and communication. 3. Digital Marketing Leadership
Lead and manage all digital marketing functions, including SEO, SEM, content strategy, email campaigns, paid media, and affiliate marketing. Supervise a cross-functional digital team, ensuring consistent brand messaging and campaign effectiveness : Content Writers :
Develop high-quality blogs, articles, and case studies that establish thought leadership. Graphic Designers :
Create visually impactful marketing assets, social media creatives, and brand collateral. Social Media Specialists :
Drive organic and paid social media campaigns to enhance engagement and reach. SEO / SEM Experts :
Optimize website performance, increase organic traffic, and maximize ROI on digital spend. 4. Strategic Alignment & Growth Support
Align marketing initiatives with organizational goals and support business development in both established and emerging markets. Track, analyze, and report on marketing performance, ensuring data-driven decisions and continuous improvement. Ensure all marketing efforts reflect Netrika’s core values, expertise, and commitment to excellence. Qualifications & Skills
Proven experience (8+ years) in brand management and digital marketing, preferably in B2B or consulting industries. Demonstrated success in building and executing integrated marketing strategies. Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams. Exceptional communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management abilities.
