About the Role :

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Manager – Banking to oversee and manage all banking and treasury-related operations for our organization. The incumbent will be responsible for ensuring efficient fund management, maintaining strong relationships with banks, optimizing banking processes, and ensuring compliance with financial and regulatory guidelines.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage day-to-day banking operations including fund transfers, payments, receipts, and reconciliations.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with multiple banks and financial institutions.
• Ensure timely management of working capital, cash flow, and liquidity requirements.
• Monitor and optimize utilization of credit limits, bank guarantees, and LC facilities.
• Review and implement efficient banking processes and digital payment solutions.
• Handle documentation and coordination for new account openings, credit facilities, and renewals.
• Ensure compliance with all banking policies, RBI regulations, and internal audit requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Finance, Procurement, and Projects) for smooth financial transactions.
• Prepare periodic MIS reports related to fund flow, utilization, and bank positions.
• Negotiate and coordinate with banks for better service terms and interest rates.
