🔑 Role Overview

You’ll be responsible for generating qualified leads, nurturing prospects, and closing sales through cold calls, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach . This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves connecting with people, and knows how to turn conversations into clients.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

  • Execute cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn prospecting to generate and qualify leads.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients across multiple industries.
  • Deliver persuasive sales pitches, demos, and proposals to close deals.
  • Collaborate with marketing and strategy teams to refine messaging and improve conversion rates.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and provide weekly sales reports.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

💡 Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, cold calling, or email outreach (preferably in tech or digital services).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Pipedrive, etc.) and email automation tools.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Bonus : Experience in selling IT, SaaS, or AI-based solutions.
