Job descriptionMonitor the quality of materials, equipment, and workmanship throughout the project lifecycle. Detailed inspection of various schemes in water supply program of allotted Business units. Create and Track NCs issued to project team and MMC. Evaluate project deliverables and provide recommendations for quality improvements. Analyze project schedules, dashboards, and resource allocation to identify potential risks or inefficiencies. Evaluate project performance against established benchmarks and key performance indicators (KPIs). Offer recommendations to optimize project performance and minimize risks. Maintain comprehensive project audit records and documentation. Generate detailed audit reports highlighting findings, recommendations, and action plans. Communicate audit results to project stakeholders, including management and clients. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Advanced certifications in quality assurance and auditing are a plus.
Auditing and Compliance :
- Conduct regular and systematic audits of project activities, documents, and processes to ensure adherence to quality standards and regulations.
- Identify and report non-compliance issues, deviations, and areas of improvement.
- Collaborate with project teams to develop corrective action plans and track their implementation.

Required Education :
Required work experience & knowledge : Proven experience in auditing / quality assurance for 5-7 years specifically in water supply scheme programs and projects.
