Minimum Education : HSC / Undergraduate / Graduate (Full-time)

CTC : 3.2 4.2 LPA (includes 20% variable paid quarterly)

Shift Timings : 10 : 00 AM 7 : 00 PM

Working Days : 6 days / week (1 weekday off)

About the Role :

Youll be part of our Buy on Phone & Expert Help team, helping customers make smart purchase decisions on furniture and home dcor. This is not just a jobits a launchpad for your sales career.

What Youll Be Doing :

• Speak with customers over inbound & outbound calls.
• Understand their needs and suggest the right products.
• Drive assisted sales using expert guidance.
• Maintain excellent communication and meet monthly targets.
• Use company tools to track leads and manage follow-ups.
