Project Manager

to join our

Implementation Team , responsible for managing the end-to-end execution of Convin's SaaS product deployment for clients. This role requires a strong background in

technical project management, SaaS implementation, stakeholder coordination, and problem-solving

to ensure seamless and timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Planning & Execution :

Develop, manage, and execute project plans, ensuring timely and quality delivery of Convin’s solutions.

Act as the primary point of contact for clients, internal teams, and third-party vendors, ensuring effective communication and alignment.

Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure smooth integration and customization of Convin’s platform.

Identify potential project risks and dependencies, implementing proactive mitigation strategies.

Continuously improve implementation frameworks, best practices, and methodologies for efficient deployments.

Track project progress, report key metrics, and ensure alignment with business goals.

Work closely with Sales, Support, and Product teams to enhance the client onboarding experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications

3-5years of experience in

technical project management, SaaS implementation, or enterprise software deployment.

Strong knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or PMP frameworks.

Understanding of SaaS products, APIs, system integrations, and cloud-based deployments.

Ability to troubleshoot technical challenges and ensure quick resolution during implementation.

Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with the ability to drive alignment across teams.

Experience with project management tools like JIRA, Asana, Trello, or Monday.com, and familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).

Ability to define, optimize, and document implementation processes. Nice to Have
