We are seeking a skilled Delivery Solution Architect specializing in application development on Microsoft Azure. The ideal candidate will have 35 years of experience in a similar role, with expertise in .NET Core and ReactJS, a strong background in frontend development, and hands-on experience with DevSecOps Responsibilities :

• Design and deliver scalable, high-performance application solutions on the Azure platform, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and industry best practices.
• Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance across application development lifecycles, including backend, frontend, and cloud integration.
• Work with team(s) of 510 developers, ensuring successful project delivery within scope, timeline, and budget from a technical point of view.
• Implement and enforce DevSecOps practices, integrating security protocols into the CI / CD pipeline to ensure secure application development and deployment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define architecture, and ensure seamless delivery of solutions.
• Develop proof-of-concepts and prototypes to validate architectural decisions and demonstrate innovative approaches.
• Optimize application performance, reliability, and scalability, leveraging Azure services and tools effectively.
• Conduct code reviews, provide mentorship to the development team, and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Engage with stakeholders to articulate technical solutions, risks, and project progress.
• Stay updated with the latest Azure services, application development trends, and DevSecOps tools to drive continuous :
• Bachelors degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in application development, with at least 3+ years as a Solution Architect.
• Proven hands-on experience in .NET Core (C#) and ReactJS.
• Strong frontend development experience with React; exposure to Angular or Vue.js is a plus.
• Deep understanding of web development fundamentals including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end state management libraries (e.g., Redux).
• Familiarity with .NET and .NET Core frameworks, MVC architecture, and Entity Framework.
• Proficiency in designing and consuming RESTful APIs and microservices-based architectures.
• Solid experience in SQL, data modeling, and crafting efficient stored procedures and scripts.
• Hands-on experience with Azure services such as App Services, Azure Functions, Azure SQL, Azure DevOps, and ARM templates.
• Strong expertise in DevSecOps practices and tools (e.g., GitHub Actions, SonarQube, HashiCorp Vault).
• Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Familiar with serverless architectures, OWASP security standards, and secure application development.
• Strong grasp of Agile / Scrum methodologies and project management tools.
• Proficient in using IDEs like Visual Studio.
• Effective technical leadership experience working with team(s) of 510 developers.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and modern development and Certification :
