Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop and conduct product, process, and sales training.
• Create a continuous learning plan to train sales teams on power talking lines, managing scripts and brand messaging.
• Conduct soft skills training with a focus on English Grammar and spoken English.
• Prepare monthly training calendars.
• Work closely with the teams to identify process gaps and run focused training sessions to upskill the teams.
• Create a plan for regular certification and customized refresher training modules as per requirement across teams and offices.
• Hands on knowledge of new training methodologies / techniques.
• Work closely with the cross function teams.
