About the Role :
We are looking for a seasoned Product Design Lead (UI / UX) who is deeply passionate about human-centered design and can take charge of end-to-end design execution. Youll lead a team of talented designers while collaborating with product managers, researchers, writers, and engineers to create high-impact digital experiences for web and mobile platforms.
Key Responsibilities :
- Drive the product design vision, strategy, and execution across digital platforms (Web, Mobile, eCommerce).
- Lead the entire UI / UX design process - from concept to wireframe to prototype to pixel-perfect UI.
- Ensure consistency and quality across all design deliverables; uphold high visual and usability standards.
- Conduct design reviews, mentor junior designers, and foster a strong design culture.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with PMs, developers, UX writers, and researchers to ship best-in-class user experiences.
- Champion clean UX strategy, user flows, and intuitive navigation.
- Conduct and interpret user research, usability testing, and data-driven design iterations.
- Develop IA (Information Architecture), onboarding flows, interaction design, and micro-interactions.
- Balance brand thinking, business needs, and user empathy in every design decision.
- Contribute to design system evolution and documentation.
