About the Role :

Were looking for an AI / ML engineer to build and scale the AI OS for digital creators hands-on, fast-paced, and LLM-first.

This role will be central to designing, implementing and deploying LLM-based reasoning, retrieval-augmented generation, graph representations, and multi-agent orchestration.

The future of content creation involves a transformation where AI will revolutionize processes such as ideation, content creation, distribution, and monetization, leaving human input focused primarily on creative execution. If you are passionate about using AI in real world use cases, working closely with small business owners to solve their problems - this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities :

• Help design and develop our AI-native Content OS starting from internal tools to user-facing products
• Translate real creator problems into technical solutions using LLMs, RAG, search and multi agent orchestration
• Develop and maintain core infrastructure for prompt orchestration, embedding workflows, and vector search, optimized for performance and fine-grained control
• Build robust testing and evaluation frameworks for agent behavior validation and continuous improvement
