Skilled in AI adoption for HR—familiar with current tools used for recruitment, performance tracking, and sentiment analysis.

A dynamic change agent who leads with influence, credibility, and proactive ownership.

Outstanding data fluency—can interpret trends, spot risks, and deliver compelling busine narratives using workforce analytics.

Strong working knowledge of HR laws, local labour regulations, and best-in-class practices.

Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and HRIS systems
