Job descriptionOwn end-to-end project and program delivery for data and analytics initiatives. Successfully manage fixed-price and time-bound delivery models with strong commercial awareness. Lead cross-functional teams of 30+ professionals including data engineers, analysts, and architects. Collaborate with client stakeholders to define project scope, goals, timelines, and deliverables. Monitor and manage project budgets, schedules, risks, and quality standards. Participate in pre-sales efforts, including solutioning, estimation, proposals, and presentations. Drive continuous improvement in delivery practices, tools, and methodologies. Ensure adherence to governance frameworks and compliance with data security standards. Coordinate with technical leads to ensure alignment between project objectives and architectural solutions. Provide strategic input into account growth and customer Skills & Qualifications : 15+ years of experience in project / delivery management within data & analytics programs. Proven track record in managing fixed-price projects from inception to go-live. Hands-on experience leading large delivery teams (30+ members) across geographies. Exposure to pre-sales functions including RFP / RFI response, client discussions, and solutioning. Familiarity with ETL tools (e., Informatica, Talend, SSIS) and BI tools (e., Power BI, Tableau, Qlik). Strong understanding of data management, data governance, and data warehousing concepts. Certified PMP and / or Scrum Master. MDM knowledge will be a add on. TOGAF certification is an added advantage. Domain experience in Financial Services and / or Manufacturing is highly preferred.

Job Summary :
We are looking for a highly experienced Project Manager / Delivery Manager to lead the successful delivery of Data & Analytics (DnA) initiatives across complex enterprise environments.
The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of hands-on experience managing large-scale data projects, including fixed-price engagements, with the ability to lead large delivery teams (30+ members), ensure quality execution, and drive client satisfaction.
Experience in pre-sales, stakeholder management, and a strong understanding of data technologies are essential.
Preference will be given to candidates with domain experience in Financial Services and Responsibilities :
