Senior Salesforce Consultant - Technical

About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned Salesforce Developer with strong hands-on skills and the ability to think at an  architectural level . With AI and Agentforce becoming central to modern Salesforce solutions, architecture understanding, scalable design, and multi-cloud capability are more important than ever.

This role involves developing high-quality components, leading design discussions, and contributing to enterprise-level implementations.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, test, and deploy  Lightning Web Components (LWCs)  aligned with business requirements.

Build scalable solutions using  Apex, SOQL, SOSL, Triggers, Platform Events, and Flows .

Customize Salesforce using  LWC, Apex, Visualforce , and modern web standards.

Build custom user interfaces, web apps, and experiences on Salesforce.

Lead and implement  API integrations  (REST, SOAP, OAuth, Platform Events).

Contribute to  Agentforce (AI Agent)  flows, data retrieval, guardrails, prompt design, and fallback logic.

Work on  Data Cloud : ingestion, identity resolution, harmonization, calculated insights, and segment activation.

Participate in architecture discussions around scalability, performance, and data modeling.

Support event-driven architecture using  CDC, Platform Events .

Conduct code reviews and guide junior team members.

Work with SFDX, Git, and DevOps tools for structured deployments.

Ensure best practices for security, governor limits, bulkification, and test coverage.

Skillsets (Must-Have)

Strong proficiency in  Apex, LWC, Visualforce, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS .

Deep understanding of  Salesforce architecture , data model, sharing, and security.

Excellent knowledge of  Salesforce integration patterns  and integration error handling.

Experience with  RESTful APIs  and SOAP APIs.

Strong understanding of  Governor Limits, async patterns, and transaction design .

Experience with Salesforce DX and modern development practices.

Hands-on experience with  Agentforce  actions, data flows, and knowledge article access.

Good exposure to  Data Cloud  ingestion and activation flows.

Architectural & AI-Era Expectations

Ability to think beyond coding and contribute to  solution design and architecture .

Understanding how AI impacts solution design, data access, and system performance.

Ability to design guardrails, fallback flows, and efficient data mapping for AI agents.
