Job description

Position Title : D365 F&O Solution Architect Finance & SCM

Experience Level : Senior-Level / Principal Consultant

Role Summary :

We are looking for a seasoned Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Solution Architect with deep expertise in Finance, and good to have knowledge in SCM, and UK localization requirements. The Solution Architect will be responsible for defining the overall solution architecture, aligning it with business goals, ensuring quality deliverables, and leading the end-to-end design and delivery of Phase 1 implementation.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Define and own the end-to-end solution architecture for D365 F&O across Finance
  • Provide architectural guidance on implementation of :

Accounts Payable, Receivable

  • General Ledger and Fixed Assets
  • Taxation (including UK MTD VAT )
  • Cash & Bank Management
  • Bank BACS Payment Integration
  • ADYEN Payment Gateway setup
  • Payroll Journal upload mechanisms
  • Drive solution blueprinting, gap analysis, integration design, and data strategy.
  • Design scalable and compliant solutions with a focus on localization, particularly for UK tax regulations.
  • Lead functional and technical teams throughout the implementation lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to ensure alignment with enterprise architecture.
  • Define standards for configuration, customizations, integrations, and security models.
  • Review and validate functional and technical designs created by consultants.
  • Oversee testing strategy, data migration plans, and cutover activities.
