About the Role

This is a high-growth, client-facing opportunity for fresh graduates. Over a 6-month structured training programme, you’ll learn how to advise and support UK-based clients using modern fintech platforms. You'll work alongside experienced advisors to build the skills needed for a successful career in international wealth and investment advisory.

Key Responsibilities

Assist and advise UK retail and high-net-worth clients with their investment queries and financial goals
Prepare portfolio updates, investment reports, and compliance-ready communications
Use digital platforms and CRM tools to provide seamless client service
Work closely with analysts and relationship managers to tailor investment solutions
Understand and apply UK financial regulations, tax guidelines, and investment suitability standards
Support onboarding, client reviews, and ongoing advisory functions with precision and professionalism

Ideal Candidate

Recent graduate with a degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field

Excellent spoken and written English, with a client-focused mindset

Eager to learn global financial advisory standards and fintech systems

Organised, analytical, and driven by accuracy and service quality

Confident with numbers and quick to adapt to new technologies

Required Certification

CFA Level 1 (completed or actively pursuing)

Knowledge of UK financial advisory and regulatory practices is a plus
