Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP modules, primarily SD and MM , in alignment with business and statutory requirements.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional and technical requirements.
• Provide expert functional knowledge in SAP SD and MM, focusing on invoice processing , tax configuration , and statutory reporting .
• Translate business requirements into effective SAP solutions through process mapping and industry best practices.
• Develop and review functional specifications for RICEFW objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, Workflows).
• Work with stakeholders to implement E-invoicing processes and ensure compliance with government mandates.
• Coordinate with ABAP and middleware teams for API integration between SAP and government or third-party portals (e-invoice / GST).
• Manage IDoc processing , handle interface troubleshooting, and ensure seamless integration management.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation— Functional Specs (FS), Technical Specs (TS), and UAT scripts —to support testing and go-live activities.
• Oversee change requests , issue resolution, and post-implementation support, ensuring system stability and continuous improvement.
• Mentor and guide junior consultants , fostering collaboration across cross-functional SAP teams.
• Prepare and present project status reports and updates to stakeholders and management.
