Job Title : Chemistry Specialist Educator / Science Head

Location : Kumarapark Branch

Salary : 5,00,000 6,00,000 per annum

Employment Type : Full-Time

Immediate Joining Required

Commitment : Minimum 2 years

Working Hours : 11 : 00 AM 8 : 00 PM

We believe science isnt just about atoms and molecules its about sparking curiosity and igniting young minds! Our Kumarapark branch is on the lookout for a Chemistry whiz who can lead our Science department with equal parts passion and precision.

Role & Responsibilities :

  • Be the catalyst for learning by delivering Chemistry lessons that stick like glue!
  • Lead the Science team make sure Physics, Chemistry, and Biology get along like elements in a perfect compound.
  • Mentor educators to help them bond with students and break down tough concepts without causing a reaction!
  • Design and implement innovative, experiment-worthy teaching methods and materials.
  • Track student progress and provide feedback thats more effective than a titration!
  • Collaborate with management to ensure our science program is always in its prime state .

What Were Looking For :

  • You know your way around the periodic table and beyond!
  • Familiarity with Biology and Physics is a huge plus because we believe in interdisciplinary reactions!
  • Strong leadership skills you can lead the Science department without any bonding issues.
  • Excellent communicator who can explain science without causing static!
  • Ready to commit for at least 2 years and join us immediately (because this opportunity is pretty elemental ).
