Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mulshi for an Information Technology Manager. The responsibilities include managing IT systems and infrastructure, ensuring the security of company data and networks, overseeing IT support and operations, and leading the implementation of technology projects. The individual will also be responsible for maintaining IT compliance standards, troubleshooting, and ensuring the seamless operation of IT services aligned with business needs. Collaboration with other departments to align technology strategies with company goals is also an essential part of the role.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems management, and network administration.
• Proficiency in IT security, troubleshooting network issues, and implementing cybersecurity measures.
• Experience in IT support and operational management, including problem-solving and team leadership skills.
• Familiarity with software and hardware implementation in alignment with organizational objectives.
• Strong project management capabilities and ability to oversee technology upgrades and deployments.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Certifications such as ITIL, CompTIA, or equivalent are a plus.
• Experience working in wellness or hospitality industries is advantageous.
