Proficiency in English and local language (Kannada or Tamil preferred based on location).

- Support existing clients, handle technical and commercial queries, and explore new customer opportunities.
- Conduct product presentations and on-site demonstrations.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order execution and after-sales support.
- Maintain and update client records and sales reports.
- Analyse sales data and market trends to optimize sales efforts.
