    What you’ll do :

    Key goal of this role is to ensure utmost accuracy and completeness of raw data and

    thereon provide insightful analysis of the same.

    Sales Data Analysis to provide insights into sales productivity, lead analysis, RCA,

    process gaps.

    CRM Data Hygiene & Compliance check to ensure data accuracy; Monitoring CRM

    activity; Fixing Broken Data & Clean Ups.

    Data / Document Collation from the team to ensure data completeness and readiness for

    various sales operations reports.

    Administer and maintain the HubSpot CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and

    platform reliability.

    Strong understanding of CRM processes, marketing automation, and customer

    lifecycle management.

    What we are looking for :

    Experience in Sales data handling, Data Analysis

    Good Excel & Power point skills

    Having CRM experience is must

    Having experience of AI / ChatGPT experience will be preferred

    At least having 3 - 4 years of experience

    Must be having at least 2 years of experience in Hub-Spot CRM

    Experience with data migration and custom CRM implementations.

    HubSpot certifications (e.g., HubSpot Marketing Software, Inbound Marketing, HubSpot

    CRM) is good to have.
