Regulatory Compliance Manager

Job description5+ years of experience in regulatory reporting (Basel, RWA, Capital Adequacy) Strong understanding of PRA regulations and prudential reporting standards Hands-on experience in identifying data / reporting issues and implementing fixes Comfortable analyzing large data sets and identifying anomalies Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with senior stakeholders and regulators Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects and reporting deadlines
Key Responsibilities :
- Compile, validate, and submit capital, RWA, and leverage ratio reports
- Ensure reports are aligned with Basel / Pillar 1 standards and PRA expectations
- Identify reporting gaps, assess risks, and implement control improvements
- Lead automation and process improvement initiatives with IT teams
- Respond to regulatory audits, queries, and data requests from the PRA
- Train internal teams on capital and risk reporting standards
