Roles and Responsibilities.

• Lead Financial Planning and Analytics Unit.
• Preparation of annual / periodic budgets, strategic plans for the Business and Central Unit.
• Performance analytics on loan book, operational and collection efficiency, critical ratio analysis.
• Draw up Branch level profitability statement and other key metrics for monitoring productivity.
• Drive Market Analysis, competition mapping peer analysis for the business group.
• Perform analytics on existing portfolio and provide analytical reports for decision making to Senior Management.
• Prepare cash flow projections and ALM statements.
