Position Overview :
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior E-commerce Manager to lead our online sales channels, optimize digital presence, and drive revenue growth across marketplaces and our own Shopify store. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of hands-on experience working with / for major consumer brands within Amazon’s ecosystem and managing D2C platforms.
Key Responsibilities :
E-commerce Marketplace Management (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.) :
- Develop and implement strategies to increase brand visibility, conversion rates, and sales. - Manage product listings, ensuring they are optimized with high-quality content, keywords, images, and videos. - Oversee advertising campaigns such as Amazon Sponsored Products, Flipkart Ads, and other paid channels. - Handle pricing strategies, promotional activities, and deal management to stay competitive. - Monitor, analyze, and report on sales performance, campaign effectiveness, and customer feedback. - Coordinate with supply chain teams to ensure optimal inventory levels, preventing stockouts or excess stock. - Keep abreast of platform updates, policies, and industry trends to adjust strategies proactively.
D2C Shopify Store Management :
Oversee daily operations of the Shopify store, including product uploads, content updates, and site navigation. - Design and implement personalized marketing campaigns (email, SMS, on-site promotions) to boost direct online sales. - Optimize store UX / UI for seamless customer experience, including checkout flow, load speeds, and mobile responsiveness. - Manage SEO efforts for organic traffic growth. - Develop and execute paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and others. - Track key performance metrics such as conversion rate, average order value, and customer acquisition cost; prepare monthly reports. - Implement customer retention strategies such as loyalty programs, reviews, and upselling / cross-selling. - Coordinate with customer support to ensure a high level of service and resolve any issues promptly. - Manage Shopify integrations with third-party apps and maintain the overall health of the website.Cross-functional Responsibilities :
Collaborate with marketing, product, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure aligned brand messaging and smooth operations. - Analyze market data and customer insights to refine product offerings and enhance customer satisfaction.Qualifications & Skills :
Minimum 2 years of experience managing e-commerce accounts for major consumer brands on Amazon, Flipkart, and D2C stores built on Shopify. - Proven track record of growing sales, optimizing listings, and managing digital marketing campaigns. - Strong understanding of Amazon Seller Central, Vendor Central, Shopify platform management, and associated tools. - Experience with advertising platforms : Amazon Ads, Google Ads, Facebook / Instagram Ads, etc. - Analytical skills with expertise in sales metrics, data analysis, and reporting. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills. - Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, multi-channel environment.Preferred Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or related field. - Certifications in Amazon advertising, Shopify development, Google Ads, Meta Ads or digital marketing. - Experience with consumer electronics or tech products.Join Us :
