What Were Looking For

Were looking for a Manager FP&A to become a key member of our FP&A team. Within this role you will play a key role in driving financial insight and operational discipline across the organization. This role leads core FP&A processes including budgeting forecasting and management reporting while partnering with business leaders to provide analysis and recommendations that support scalable growth and profitability in a fast-moving SaaS environment.

What Youll Do

• Lead the annual budget monthly forecast and delivery of monthly financial packages
• Monitor and provide insights based on analyses key metrics activities and financial results to drive business decisions
• Proactively identify and monitor P&L risks and opportunities develop models and provide recommendations to aid business leaders with their strategic decisions
• Maintain and enhance financial models processes and automation to increase efficiency and scalability
• Drive continuous improvement in data accuracy reporting and forecast cadence
• Manage and mentor FP&A analysts fostering analytical excellence and professional growth
• Ad-hoc analyses as required
